Michael Keough, Owner & Trainer
Michael was born into a very established horse family in Hamilton, MA and he grew up riding, showing horses and fox hunting. He has trained students to the highest levels of equitation, hunters and jumpers. He enjoys introducing new students to their first experience with horses or ponies and introducing them to the wonderful relationship that can come from that. He is adept at training from different points of view to try and make the whole experience both personal and rewarding, as students challenge themselves with the different aspects of riding. He has won blue ribbons and championships with his students in Florida as well as throughout the New England area.
Cara Sciola, Barn Manager & Assistant Trainer
Cara is from Beverly, MA and has been riding for over 20 years. She recently received her certification in Massachusetts Riding Instructor and is now a licensed instructor. Cara and Michael have worked together for several years. She is both caring and knowledgeable with a hands-on approach for each horse as part of her routine. Cara is also terrific for communicating with students and owners about day-to-day care and needs of the horse and student. She has consistently shown in the hunters, jumpers and equitation for the past 20 years, so knows the show circuit as both a participant and a trainer. Also, she recently took up an interest in fox hunting. We look forward to you meeting with her
